Boge

The history of BOGE, founded by Adolf Boge, dates back to 1874. Over time, the company underwent a number of organisational changes and today operates as part of the ZF Friedrichshafen AG Group.

BOGE specialises in the production of shock absorbers and springs for leading automotive manufacturers. Under the brand, the following are produced:

• hydraulic and gas shock absorbers,
• springs,
• rubber-to-metal parts (engine mounts, silencers, etc.).

BOGE’s manufacturing facilities are located in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, and the USA.

BOGE-branded spare parts are supplied to the production lines of well-known car manufacturers such as Alfa Romeo, Ford, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Renault, Saab, and Volvo. In OEM supply, BOGE—together with SACHS—is considered a leading player in the European market.
